I’m Anna. Cozy Apartments was created in 2023, after an important life choice: slowing down, dedicating myself to what I truly love, and creating a welcoming space where people could feel at home, even when they are far from their own.
I have always loved creative activities: colors, materials, and small details that express care and personality. Many of these elements can be found inside the apartment — carefully chosen objects, handmade touches, and details that make the atmosphere warm, authentic, and unique.
For me, hosting is not just an activity: it’s a way of being. I enjoy welcoming people, listening, and understanding what can make their stay easier and more pleasant. I always try to make every guest feel welcome, respected, and comfortable, as if they were entering a familiar place.
Cozy Apartments was born from a simple but sincere idea: creating a well‑kept, bright, and peaceful space where anyone arriving could breathe a little serenity and truly feel at home, even in another city. At the moment, there is only one apartment, Il Melograno, named after the tree that grows in Teresa’s garden.
Teresa is my mother‑in‑law, the angel of Il Melograno. She is always ready to help guests with small unexpected issues (like getting locked out or not finding the gate’s opening button), and she often offers lemons from her beautiful tree or her fresh aromatic herbs for cooking. I owe her a lot—for her help, her always discreet presence, and her affection. 💚
